Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and your purchases of XtudioPdf licenses from TELCOMDEV S.A.C.S. (RUC 20616562259, Calvo de Araujo 1721, Iquitos, Maynas, Loreto, Peru; "we").

Purchases

  • Payments are processed by Creem, who acts as the merchant of record: they charge you, calculate and collect the taxes of your country and issue your receipt. Their terms apply to the payment itself. We never see or store your card details.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars, before the taxes Creem adds for your location.
  • Your license key is sent by email right after the payment is confirmed and is always available in My licenses.
  • The use of the software is governed by the XtudioPdf License Agreement.

Renewals

Renewing is optional. A renewal adds 12 months of updates, counted from the end of your current period or from the purchase date if it already ended. If you don't renew, you keep using the versions you already have.

Trials

A trial key unlocks the Pro features for 30 days, for evaluation only. Each email address can request one trial every 180 days.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure: anyone who can read it can sign in to your account.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse this website: no fraud, no attempts to break its security, no automated abuse of its forms.

Refunds and complaints

See the Refund Policy. If you are a consumer in Peru you can also file a complaint (reclamo or queja) in our virtual Complaints Book (Libro de Reclamaciones), linked at the bottom of every page, under the Peruvian Consumer Protection Code (Law 29571).

Changes

We may change prices or these terms. Changes don't affect purchases you already made.

Liability and law

To the extent allowed by law, the website is provided "as is", and the liability limits of the License Agreement apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru; the competent courts of Peru have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights that consumer protection law grants you.
