Privacy Policy

TELCOMDEV S.A.C.S. (RUC 20616562259, Calvo de Araujo 1721, Iquitos, Maynas, Loreto, Peru) is responsible for the personal data described here.

What we collect

  • To deliver your license: your email, your name or company (as you want it on the license), the plan you bought, the amount, currency and order number. Creem sends us these details after the payment; we don't receive your card details.
  • To sign you in: temporary sign-in links (we only store a hash, and delete them after one day).
  • Technical data: IP addresses in server logs and to limit abuse of the forms.
  • Your language preference.

The XtudioPdf libraries you install don't send us any data: license keys are validated offline, on your server.

Cookies

Only the ones the site needs: your session in My licenses, your language choice (one year) and a security token for forms. No advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we use it

To deliver and renew your licenses, give you support, prevent abuse and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who processes it for us

Creem (payments), Resend (sending emails), Fly.io (hosting) and Cloudflare (domain, network and security of the site). Some of them process data outside Peru, for example in the European Union and the United States; this international transfer is needed to provide the service you request.

How long we keep it

Purchase records, for as long as the license exists and the period tax and commercial law require. Trial records, for 180 days. Sign-in links, one day.

Your rights

Under the Peruvian Personal Data Protection Law (Law 29733) and its regulations you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO), and revoke your consent; where it applies, you also have your rights under the GDPR. Write to support@xtudiopdf.com; we answer within the deadlines set by those rules. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can go to the National Authority for Personal Data Protection (Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales) of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of Peru.
