Refund Policy

• 14 days, no questions asked: if XtudioPdf isn't right for you, write to us within 14 days of your purchase (or renewal) and we'll refund it in full.
• After 14 days: we'll still refund duplicate purchases, and purchases affected by a problem we can't fix.
• How: write to support@xtudiopdf.com with your order number. Creem processes the refund to your original payment method; it usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days.
• After a refund the license is revoked and you must stop using the Pro features.
• Try first: the 30-day Pro trial is free and needs no card.

This policy doesn't limit any right you have under the consumer protection law of your country, such as those granted by the Peruvian Consumer Protection Code (Law 29571). You can also use our virtual Complaints Book (Libro de Reclamaciones).
